Siemens is an engineering, electrification, automation, and digital company offering a Finance Leadership Development Program Internship. The 12-week program provides hands-on experience analyzing and supporting financial functions across business planning, accounting, forecasting, risk assessment, audit, and other corporate finance areas, while preparing high-performing students for a potential full-time rotational program.

Qualification
Required
Majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or Management with a Finance/Accounting focus
Education: Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited technical school, college, or university (you must be a registered student at the time of the internship)
Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August 2026
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program (housing stipend and mileage reimbursement for relocation will be provided)
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Eligibility: This internship/co-op is a structured experiential learning program for individuals currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program who will continue their studies following the assignment. Current and continuing enrollment is a condition of participation. Applicants who have completed or expect to complete their educational program before or during the assignment period are encouraged to explore our Early Career / Leadership Development opportunities
