The role involves contributing to high-priority projects in finance, performing account reconciliations, and supporting planning and reporting cycles while gaining hands-on experience with financial operations.
Responsibilities
Join one of Henkel’s core Finance areas - Financial Controlling or Treasury - and contribute to high-priority projects.
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities.
Support planning and reporting cycles, including variance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Gain hands-on experience with SAP-based processes and core financial operations such as cash management.
Participate in structured program activities including finance onboarding, training, mentorship, and networking with finance leadership.
Engage in team-building and community service events as part of a well-rounded internship experience.
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student graduating 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze financial data
Keen interest in financial markets
Eager to learn, curious, and self-motivated
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
