Responsibilities
Support Digital Finance and ad hoc initiatives through project planning, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination
Analyze customer deductions, identify root causes, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Business teams to resolve disputes
Use dashboards and trend analysis tools to monitor deduction patterns and escalate recurring issues
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on resolution strategies and process improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Order-to-Cash process
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student (Junior/Senior) pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to develop fact-based recommendations
Agile learner with a strong work ethic and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Solid project planning skills, with the ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
Proficient in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Preferred
SAP experience is a plus
