As a Finance Intern, you will support the accounting and finance team with foundational processes, financial analysis, and documentation projects to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support foundational accounting processes and assist with financial reporting and documentation projects
Perform data analysis and reporting to help improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Gain hands-on experience with financial systems and assist in documenting business processes
Work closely with members of the accounting and finance team to support day-to-day administrative and financial tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to team members
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, pivot tables preferred)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with a team
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Current Sophomore, Junior or Senior preferred
