They are seeking a Finance Intern to join the Regional Controller’s group, providing exposure to finance and accounting functions, and assisting with reporting, compliance evaluations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Regional Management Dashboard (weekly/monthly/YTD reporting on critical performance metrics)
Self-audits of to evaluate our compliance with company policy and procedure
Plant inventory quantities
Internal report format improvement: Queries, pivot tables, slide decks
Lost bids analysis
Process improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
Advanced MS Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and vlookup
Proficient with MS Powerpoint
Strong academic record
Excellent analytical capabilities
Proficient in the use of spreadsheets
Good communication skills and desire to work with different groups of people
