The Finance Development Program Intern will gain hands-on experience in finance through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, market research, pricing evaluation, and process improvement while participating in professional development activities.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data; scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management
Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs
Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization
Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals
Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis
Qualification
Required
* Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or specialized related degree
* Estimated graduation date between Fall 2027 - Spring 2029
* Ability to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program
* Ability to quickly learn analytical and data gathering skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
