AAM is a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, and they are seeking a Finance College Co-Op to support their operations. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with various finance-related tasks to help AAM achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
Print/distribute invoices/statements
Open/distribute daily mail
Receipt into PLEX daily packing slips
Scan customer shippers into PLEX daily
Compare daily invoices to PLEX receipts – prepare debit/credit memos as needed for differences
Follow-up with plant personnel on invoices that have not been receipted
Prepare manual invoices and send to Shared Services Accounts Payable
Prepare monthly AP accrual
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Sophomore or above class standing
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week year-round.
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
