Lincoln Electric is a global leader in advanced manufacturing and welding solutions, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. They are seeking interns for their Finance & Accounting Internship Program, which offers hands-on experience in financial tasks, competitor analysis, and strategic initiatives within a large manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and variances to support decision-making.
Conduct research on industry competitors to gather insights into financial performance
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K).
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Work cross functionally with other finance and accounting departments (Internal Audit, FP&A, Cost Accounting)
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in accounting
Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship
Preferred
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Desire to work for a manufacturing company
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
