CBRE is a leading global real assets investment management firm, and they are seeking a Fall Intern for their Private Infrastructure Investments team. The role involves supporting the investment team with research and analysis to aid in global investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Conducting industry research
Assisting with the preparation of investment recommendations
Conducting analysis and due diligence of direct investments, co-investments and fund investments
Qualification
Required
Candidates in their third, or fourth year of studies in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration, or in a related Master's program, with a strong academic record
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, intellectual agility and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong skill-set in financial modelling, valuation and analytics
Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ambitious self-starter, a solid team player with a positive attitude and possess high professional and ethical standards
Ability to perform work beyond what is required at your level and are willing to 'roll up your sleeves' in an entrepreneurial environment to get work done as necessary
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and persistent in gathering and assessing information and to quickly assimilate knowledge
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
