The EBS Summer Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable, develop skills in Tableau and Analytics, and gain practical experience in financial operations management within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable operations
Develop skills in Tableau business dashboards and Analytics to deliver business outcomes
Learn program management skills necessary to drive deployment of advanced digital technologies in the Accounts Payable and Finance operations area
Assist the EBS leadership team in preparation of department’s Key Performance Indicators and reports
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Assist in the analysis of financial data and identify discrepancies
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
Gain practical experience in financial operations management by being part of a large, shared service for the enterprise

Qualification
Required
Students pursuing bachelor's degree Program in Junior year of College or Third year of University (Anticipated Graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)
Concentration or Area of Study in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
