Byline Bank is a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Chicago, specializing in small business lending. The Credit Analyst Intern will gain exposure to commercial banking by assisting with underwriting reviews, analyzing tax returns, and participating in departmental meetings.
Responsibilities
Review independent appraisals and 3 rd Party reports and write a short memo of pertinent information reviewed
Work with management on data review projects
Review tax transcripts and compare with actual tax returns for accuracy
Prepare post-approval credit amended authorities for closed loans – reallocating funds for final disbursements
Prepare Loan Commitment letters for approved loan requests
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior majoring in Finance or Accounting
Strong written communication skills required
Ability to work independently
Strong organization skills; ability to multi-task
Detail-oriented and accuracy a must
Confident in a professional office environment
