AECOM is a global infrastructure leader and professional services firm delivering solutions across the project lifecycle. The Cost Management Intern will support cost management activities within the built environment, including cost planning, tendering, reporting, and change control.
Responsibilities
Assist with Cost Planning: Help with cost modelling and planning to support project budgeting and financial forecasting
Support Tendering Activities: Participate in managing tender processes and documentation to aid procurement efforts
Contribute to Reporting: Assist in preparing financial and due diligence reports that inform project decision-making
Help Manage Change Control: Support the review and management of change control procedures to ensure commercial accuracy throughout project delivery
Qualification
Required

You'll bring strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive and proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity
You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any related discipline
Able to work full time hours from 16 November 2026 – 19 February 2027
You must have full working rights to work in New Zealand before applying
