Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is a values-driven company providing plumbing and water delivery solutions. The Commercial Finance Intern will support month-end close processes, analyze Go-To-Market and Business Unit performance, develop scalable analysis tools, and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Assist with compiling, tracking, and analyzing information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives, as well as to monitor the overall financial and operating health/performance of the business
Aid the development of new tools that drive scalable analysis and insight
Collaborate with Commercial team members on building monthly forecasts
Assist with the month-end close and reporting processes
Analyze monthly/quarterly results, research variances to explain underlying causes, and identify trends
Perform ad-hoc requests and assist in analysis of special projects
Support the Commercial team’s continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables and macros
Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer
