Responsibilities
Participates and assists in internship-related or other projects.
Assists management in various activities relevant to internship and which support the business.
May participate in drafting and development of documents and/or reports.
Interfaces with internal and external contacts as appropriate.
Participates in meetings and developmental workshops as related to the insurance industry.
Qualification
Required
Typically has completed at least three years of college with required minimum GPA of 3.0 and study in insurance, accounting, actuarial science, IT or other relevant field.
Developing knowledge and understanding of the industry, organization and specific business area.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems, to learn quickly and to embrace change.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and the ability to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
Developing decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software.
Preferred
Some previous work experience is preferred.
