Allianz Management Services Ltd is hiring a Finance Summer Intern for its Allianz UK Finance team. The intern will gain hands-on experience across accounting and finance functions, contribute to projects, and support financial management work.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Summer Intern, you will work within a dynamic and collaborative team across key areas: Core Accounting (Accounts Payable, Cashiers, or Management Accounts), Financial Accounting (within a Business Division), Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Partnering, and other Accounting functions (Internal Audit, Tax, or Group Accounts) at our head office in Guildford
During this Summer internship, you will collaborate with a dynamic and friendly team with exposure to three key areas: Core Accounting (Accounts Payable, Cashiers, or Management Accounts), Financial Accounting (within a Business Division), and other Accounting functions (Internal Audit, Tax, or Group Accounts) at our head office in Guildford
You will spend your time working on exciting challenges and gaining hands-on, valuable experience from day one
From daily accounting processes to quarterly, monthly, and year-end responsibilities, you will learn the intricacies of financial management
You will participate in a range of interesting and evolving projects, developing your skills at every stage
Qualification
Required
In your Penultimate Year of Study or looking to take a year out
on course for a 2:1 or above in any degree
Motivation to work with us
Research conducted on the company and the broader insurance industry
a degree from any university in a highly numerate discipline is required
