They are seeking an Accounting Summer Intern to assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports, all while gaining hands-on experience in accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Process invoices
Reconcile accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Help prepare financial reports
Support month-end close activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualification

Required

1+ years of undergraduate completed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to work in our headquarter office in Schaumburg, IL twice a week

Preferred

Pursuing BS/BA in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Business, or related field
Intermediate or advanced skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel
Completed 1-2 Accounting courses
Strong attention to detail
