Marvell Technology develops semiconductor solutions that support data infrastructure across enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier architectures. The Accounting Intern will support corporate financial accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial analyses, SEC reporting schedules, general ledger close and consolidation, SOX controls documentation, and accounting process improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on accounting experience assisting with the preparation of global journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, SEC filings schedules, tie-outs for 10-Qs and earnings press releases, and SOX controls documentation
Support monthly general ledger close and consolidation processes through the use of the Oracle ERP system
Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027 or later
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and accurate with strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
Proactive, collaborative problem solver with a customer service oriented approach
