The Accounting Intern will support the Accounting department through account reconciliations, customer follow-up, invoicing, inventory analysis, and logistics spend reconciliation while gaining practical accounting experience.
Responsibilities
Supports the Accounting department with general administration
Exhibits integrity through fair and ethical behaviors in all activities; maintain accountability for performance
Ensures compliance and safety of all activities within the organization standards and policies
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work 20-28 hours on-site at our Poway, CA facility
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Advanced Excel skills
Highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational skills
Preferred
SAP experience strongly preferred
PowerBI and PowerPivots experience strongly preferred
Valuable experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
