They are seeking an Accounting Intern to provide on-the-job training and experience, engaging in various work assignments and projects to support professional employees in their area of study.
Responsibilities
Learns organizational processes and procedures
Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
Works in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel
Assembles information in a timely and efficient manner
Responds to telephone calls and emails
Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects
Branding updates and tracking (templates, customer contracts and lease document tracking)
AI Quick Wins for accounting workflow implementations and daily task uses for AI
Process working instructions that would include system access, interviews and job shadowing

Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 1-year) from an accredited university or college
Project planning skills
Entry-level knowledge and skill within specified area of professional specialty
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Applicants should be competitive, assertive, and self-motivated
Must have the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment is critical
