Fox Factory, Inc., doing business as Fox Racing Shox, designs and develops shock absorbers and racing suspension products. They are seeking an Accounting Intern who will assist with various administrative tasks and support the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative work.
Provide support to the team on everyday tasks.
Take on special projects and execute them within the required timeframe.
Post journal entries to the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Match, verify, code, and process purchase order invoices.
Allocate freight, duties, and tariffs to inventory items.
Process credit card refunds in the accounting system.
Reconcile credit card invoices, payments, and refunds.
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professionalism.
Confidentiality.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
