Kraft Heinz is a global food company with a delicious heritage, and they are seeking Finance Interns for their 10-week leadership development program. Interns will engage in various finance-related projects to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's financial performance.
Responsibilities
Interns will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz
Interns will spend their program in one of the teams noted below, partnering with business stakeholders to identify value-creation opportunities and deliver analytics-driven improvements that strengthen financial performance and decision-making
Projects may include budgeting and forecasting enhancements, profitability and pricing analysis, cost and productivity initiatives, working-capital optimization, performance reporting and dashboarding, and finance process automation and controls
Interns typically own a clearly defined project scope, collaborate cross-functionally, and share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation

Required
Are pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029

Preferred
All interns will be provided housing for the duration of their program.
Interns on the Finance track will be based in Chicago, IL.
A majority of our office based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role’s responsibilities and requirements.
