They are seeking a Global Capital Markets Summer Intern to provide hands-on exposure to capital markets transactions, assist in client deliverables, and collaborate with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions across debt, loans, structured products, and working capital solutions
Assist with preparing client‑facing materials such as pitchbooks, lender presentations, and market updates
Conduct financial and credit analysis, including review of financial statements and comparable transactions
Monitor market conditions and recent transaction activity
Collaborate with product teams, coverage partners, and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028
Ability to start the summer analyst program in summer 2027
Preferred
GPA of 3.3 or above
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure
