Hasbro is a leading games, IP and toy company whose mission is to create joy and community through the magic of play. This internship will support the International Tax team in advancing process optimization, transformation initiatives, and technology enablement across global tax planning, reporting, and operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in mapping and documenting current-state international tax processes, reporting and operations
Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate workflows
Support evaluation of technology and automation tools and AI-enabled solutions
Develop standardized documentation, reconciliation, flowcharts, and tracking dashboards within international tax processes
Help coordinate project milestones, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within global tax operations aligned with broader finance modernization efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field
Strong Excel proficiency required
Interest in process improvement, automation, finance technology, and project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Exposure to accounting or finance coursework preferred
Visio and Power BI preferred
