Toll Brothers is a Fortune 500 company known for building luxury homes and communities. The Land Acquisition Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities, investigate land purchasing opportunities, and perform various analyses to support the land acquisition process.
Responsibilities
Performing land use and financial analyses
Participating in due diligence
Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)
Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects
Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis
Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract
Qualification
Required
Students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field
Interest in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation
Detail oriented
Solid analytical skills
Understanding of complex financial analysis
