Chevron is one of the world’s leading energy companies, and they are seeking interns for their Supply & Trading TRIP Program. Interns will gain hands-on experience in commodity commercial activities and work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Commercial and/or Trading Analyst for Refined Products, Crude, Renewables and Carbon, Nat Gas and NGLs
S&T Operations (Marine, Pipeline, Rail, Truck)
Shipping Operations/Demurrage analysis
Risk Management/Credit analysis
Downstream Value Chain Optimization analysis
Value Chain Strategy and Commercial decision analysis
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be an accepted full-time enrolled participant of the Texas A&M Trading, Risk and Investment program
They must possess a strong drive to add value creatively, strong work ethics, interpersonal skills, be results driven, and possess a global mindset
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strong academic and extracurricular activities
Outstanding leadership potential, communication skills, and maturity
Passion for the energy industry
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no exceptions)

Preferred
Furnished housing.

Flexible work schedules (5/40, 9/80, or 4/10), as determined by the work group and confirmed with the hiring manager.
Paid holidays depending on your work schedule.
Full year of service credit for each internship completion (must be re-employed within 365 days)
