The role focuses on designing, testing, supporting, and automating software, firmware, hardware systems, and AI solutions while collaborating with global development teams.
Responsibilities
Install and test hardware systems hands-on
Validate and characterize processors and systems
Support customers and field engineers with technical solutions
Design and test firmware architectures
Analyze failures and improve system reliability
Automate test suites and simulate customer environments
Develop and document test plans and procedures
Contribute to internal and external code repositories
Collaborate with global development teams
Install, configure, and validate AI Large Language Models (LLMs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Understanding of client-server architectures and networking protocols
Experience with application development and databases
Ability to design scalable APIs, servers, services, and applications
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong communication, design, and testing skills
Curiosity, creativity, and a client-first mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with DevOps Tools: Exposure to DevOps tools and practices is beneficial for this role, allowing for smoother collaboration and automation in the software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Front-End Development: Basic understanding of front-end development principles and exposure to front-end development frameworks can be advantageous in designing and delivering comprehensive software solutions
Understanding of L3 Support Engineering: Interest in L3 support engineering and exposure to debugging techniques can be helpful in resolving complex customer-reported issues
