SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company seeking motivated, tech-savvy summer interns for their digital and website technology team. Interns will support the launch and testing of the new website, ensuring it is functional and user-friendly while gaining valuable experience in digital product development.
Responsibilities
Assist in testing and quality assurance for the new company website, including:
AI functionality (e.g., chatbots, content recommendations)
Customer communication tools (e.g., contact forms, response systems)
User experience and interface consistency
Identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with developers, designers, and the marketing team to report findings and suggest enhancements
Take on additional digital and tech projects, which may include:
Website analytics and performance monitoring
Competitor research and UX audits
Basic content updates and web publishing
Help document processes, issues, and resolutions in an organized, clear format
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, UX/UI, or a related field
Must be able to come into the office at least 3 days (Tuesday through Thursday) per week and work the other 2 weekdays remotely
Comfortable using web browsers, content management systems (CMS), and basic dev tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for user experience
