TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Frontend Engineer Project Intern for their Multimedia Architecture team. The intern will engage in impactful projects, gaining practical skills and experience while working closely with various teams to enhance user experiences on TikTok platforms.
Responsibilities
Work closely with frontend, backend and data teams to develop and ship new user experiences and features on TikTok platforms
Conduct research on product and technical solutions, as well as fullstack development with high quality code for Multimedia Arch
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Proficiency in Typescript, ES5/6, CSS, and various layouts
Understanding of component-based development ideas, familiarity with React, or any other equivalent library/framework
Proficiency in Go development, database design and development
Strong sense of responsibility, good team communication and collaboration skills
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Fall 2026
