As a Co-op on the Wealth R&D team, you will support market research, data analysis, and collaborate on product development to shape innovative solutions in wealth management.
Responsibilities
Research & Analysis: Support market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to inform product strategy and innovation priorities
Data & Insights: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support AI-driven initiatives and digital platform development
Product Development Support: Collaborate with product managers and engineers on design documentation, feature testing, and quality assurance for emerging solutions
Innovation Projects: Contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives, helping validate new technologies and approaches for wealth platforms
Client-Centric Design: Participate in user research activities, persona development, and feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet client needs
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across technology, product, and strategy teams to align deliverables with business objectives
Presentation & Reporting: Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to leadership and project teams
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Liberal Arts
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights to support innovation projects
Familiarity with tools for data analysis (Excel, Python, or similar) and an interest in emerging technologies like AI and digital platforms
Strong capability to conduct market and competitive research, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations
Comfort working in cross-functional teams and effectively communicating ideas through written and verbal channels
Creative approach to tackling challenges and contributing to proof-of-concept initiatives
Precision in handling data, documentation, and testing activities to ensure quality outcomes
Eagerness to learn, explore new concepts, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
