The Wealth Management Digital Client and Partner Experience Intern will support cross-functional product, data, technology, and design initiatives through research, user story development, data analysis, reporting, and project support.
Responsibilities
Work with multiple stakeholders across product, data, tech, and design to deliver excellent experiences for clients and partners
Research and use competitive insights to create capability maps
Develop and review user stories
Data Analysis & Visualization: analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights
Complete, compile and present a high-quality summary of findings and recommendations for review in a concise and professional manner
Run, create and analyze reports
Support Wealth Management teams in various projects
Develop professional skills related to assigned area of Risk
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028
You have a minimum GPA of 3.0
You are curious about financial markets and interested in learning more about the financial services industry
You have some knowledge of Product Management, UX Design, Data Science, Research, Statistics, Analytics, and/or Data Platforms, usually acquired through coursework or prior related experience, and are curious to learn more
You have proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking skills through coursework and/or previous internship experience
You have demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement
