The role involves planning and iterating on TikTok Shop user products, focusing on user needs and competitor products while collaborating across departments to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and iteration of TikTok Shop user products, including but not limited to: Live, PDP, reviews, transaction flow, promotion, and other modules
Focus on user needs and competitor products, continuously monitor product data and user feedback, deeply consider business development issues, and continuously iterate
Communicate and collaborate across departments to promote high-quality team work and achieve project goals
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or statistics
Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution
Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently
Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Enthusiasm for user products
Bonus: working experience in Ecommerce Platform or other Social-media Platform is preferred
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
