Responsibilities
Own and optimize a key Marketplace experience within the Auto vertical, improving how users explore insurance and related offerings
Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with design, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience, personalization, and content clarity
Develop and test hypotheses to improve engagement and conversion through experimentation (A/B testing, UX improvements, messaging)
Contribute to expanding the experience into a broader 'Auto Garage' concept
Present insights, recommendations, and results to product and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
A current undergraduate or graduate student, rising junior/senior preferred
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Strong problem solver who is comfortable working with both data and user experience concepts
Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward with minimal direction
Interest in fintech, marketplaces, or consumer-facing digital products
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends
Familiarity with product thinking, UX principles, or experimentation frameworks
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with tools such as Excel/Sheets; exposure to SQL, Python, or analytics tools is a plus
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and output
