As a Product Sourcing & Services Intern, you'll support the sourcing process from product concept through production and shipment, gaining hands-on exposure to sourcing operations and vendor communications.
Responsibilities
Support the sourcing process from initial product concept through production and shipment by performing day-to-day administrative & operational functions across designated product categories.
Gain exposure to product costing by learning how to analyze cost breakdowns and support pricing discussions with guidance from the sourcing team.
Develop an eye for product by organizing and evaluating samples for design, materials, and finishes, while learning to assess value and aesthetics.
Track timelines and vendor communication by monitoring key milestones, flagging delays, and helping ensure on-time delivery through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Assist with purchase order preparation by gathering, verifying, and providing relevant data to merchants for PO issuance, ensuring accuracy before communicating with vendors.

You are a strong communicator
You understand retail math and have strong analytical skills and PC skills, with an emphasis on spreadsheet applications.
You are proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook and familiar with MS Office
You graduate between August 2026 - May 2027
You are available to work the full program, Monday - Friday, during traditional business hours
