State Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers, and asset intelligence companies in the world. They are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join their Product team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in product strategy, executive communications, event coordination, data analytics, and operational support.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications Refresh and maintain the internal SharePoint site to ensure usability and relevance. Design and publish the Quarterly Product Office Newsletter, highlighting strategic execution, product development, talent initiatives, and risk management resources.
Event Planning & Coordination Assist in planning, organizing, and hosting both in-person and virtual product events. Responsibilities include event logistics, communications, and post event follow-ups.
Data Analysis & Insights Collect and analyze data from sales teams to build executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer. Conduct Salesforce analytics and cleanup to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Strategic Support Collaborate with the Product Chief Administrative Officer to develop impactful presentations and host training webinars for client-facing managers. Support development of training materials for internal audiences.
Ad Hoc Projects Contribute to special projects and operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree
