Responsibilities
Support CS&D Initiatives
Assist in driving adoption of Premium Engagement initiatives and implementation with customers and partners, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards
Create Executive-Ready Content
Build and refine presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews, customer engagements, and internal communications
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work alongside product, sales, and delivery teams to align efforts and bring the voice of the customer into CS&D planning
Track and Analyze Metrics
Monitor KPIs related to adoption, identify trends and insights for decision-making
Contribute to Knowledge Repositories
Help organize and maintain internal resources, FAQs, and best practices related to Business AI, data, and Sales
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of AI & data concepts, use cases, and enterprise applications
Ability to synthesize complex data and business challenges into actionable insights
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data tools (e.g. pivot tables)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deliverables, and support strategic planning in a timely manner
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges in the Business AI Adoption
