They are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to assist with Sales Cloud projects, providing hands-on experience in aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist business product owners in understanding their needs and help translate them into technical requirements.
Support the analysis and optimization of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
Learn about Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, staying updated on new features to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Help provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can fully utilize Salesforce features and best practices.
Work with developers to understand custom solutions, contributing to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Participate in cross-functional team efforts to deliver product enhancements that improve customer satisfaction.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Interest in Salesforce and its functionalities.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred
Familiarity with sales business processes or a willingness to learn.
Salesforce certifications or coursework related to Salesforce (a plus).
