British American Tobacco is evolving into a global multi-category business and is seeking a Product Vigilance Intern for a 12-month internship in Southampton. The role involves supporting product safety initiatives, managing data-driven insights, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product vigilance processes.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver creative, data-driven solutions to analyse, interpret, and present insights to a variety of internal partners, enabling informed decision-making
Develop engaging communication assets in collaboration with creative teams to support both internal and external communications initiatives
Lead and support global projects across the call centre network, including process improvements, training delivery, capability building, and performance analysis
Manage Product Vigilance processes, including database case management, generation of actionable insights, and communication of key findings to relevant audiences
Support smokeless product portfolio activities by contributing to process enhancements, understanding post-market safety requirements, and acting as an ambassador for Product Vigilance
Qualification
Required
An interest in public health, safety regulation and data
Creative with attention to detail, curious, a future thinker, adaptable, all with plenty of initiative
