TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join their EU LIVE Creator Strategy Team. This role involves supporting strategies for LIVE creators, engaging in impactful projects, and gaining practical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Drive awareness and adoption of TikTok LIVE features (e.g., Match, PK, Superfan) among EU creators through education and targeted campaigns
Support GTM efforts by developing a deep understanding of product features and market needs, and assisting in strategy design
Track key product metrics, conduct data analysis, and collect user feedback to optimize product functionality and promotion strategies
Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the planning and execution of product GTM initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in live streaming, product marketing, and the creator ecosystem, with familiarity in LIVE content and interactive features
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to execute tasks efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English as a working language
High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English would be beneficial for this role, including an ability to communicate in industry specific terminology with ease
