TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern. The intern will be responsible for optimizing the ad creation process and improving ad infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Support product strategy and operations initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis and user behavior analysis
Track key product and business metrics; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support project planning, execution, and follow-through
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth
Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations
Help streamline internal workflows, data dashboards, and operating mechanisms to improve team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and translate data into insight
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
Able to intern for 3 months or longer
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer-Fall 2026
Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management, Computer Science, or a related field and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, or market research methodologies
Preferred
Candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred
