TikTok is a short-form mobile video platform that enables users to express themselves, discover content, and connect with others. The Product Solutions and Operations Intern will support the development, launch, and optimization of Commerce Ads products for TikTok Shop merchants and brands, using data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive advertiser growth.
Responsibilities
Work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap, build and launch Commerce ads products that help advertisers meet their business goals and generate business growth
Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
Able to intern for 3 months or longer
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027
Preferred
candidates available to work 5 days a week
