TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Operations Project Intern to support their North America Creative & Content Ads Solutions team. The intern will engage in impactful projects, assist in high-impact sales campaigns, and provide operational support to enhance advertiser growth through innovative products.
Responsibilities
Support high-impact sales campaigns: Conceptualize, execute, and rack 50+ high-value campaigns across Creative Product suite (TTCX , Content Suite, AIGC, Sponsorship add-ons) pitches across 13+ verticals, supporting $3.2M+ in revenue across these products
Optimize account tracking & efficiency: Maintain and optimize sales pipeline efficiencies and cleanliness across teams, ensuring updates are clear and consolidated for accurate revenue projections
Team coverage & ops support: Cover revenue tracking for all products and enable sales across regions, including all North American (US & Canada); live troubleshoot product issues and provide product demos for sales and direct clients
Consolidate and present strategic data: Centralize key account hit lists across multiple product lines (AIGC, Content Suite, Sponsorship, etc.) within the advertiser enablement trackers, and analyze gaps to present actionable insights to leadership
Manage regional knowledge base & Q&A: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Canada Creative Operations, managing the dedicated Q&A channel to provide real-time answers and clarification on regional product nuances
Assist regional product marketing managers (rPMMs): Act as a key support resource for the rPMM team, specifically assisting with the launch and rollout of major product updates (e.g., Branded Search Hub and Magic Hub) by preparing internal launch communications (Lark Card) for all of North America GBS
Regionalize GTM materials: Assist in the maintenance and localization of essential sales communication documents (e.g., BSH Canada CommDoc) to reflect accurate regional pricing and product specifics
Own internal comms product updates: Conceptualize and manage the biweekly Creative Product Newsletter, serving as the primary internal communication channel for highlighting major GTM successes and feature updates across the entire Creative Solutions suite to the sales organization
Assist revenue & campaign tracking : Lead the validation and reconciliation of pitched revenue for all products in the North America AE tracker, ensuring accurate reporting in the Global revenue tracker for executive review
Enhance operational efficiencies: Standardize and consolidate internal product feedback into a centralized sheet, resulting in a 50% improvement in communication efficiency between sales, product, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (must be enrolled in college during the internship period)
Experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internship, academic, or extracurricular experience welcomed)
Interest in and basic understanding of the digital advertising industry
Foundational knowledge of sales and marketing processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously
Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for different audiences
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period
Preferred
Preferred majors include Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
A fast learner with good judgment and original thinking
Commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to create clear, well-designed PowerPoint slides and internal memos
