TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Operations Project Intern to support product strategy and creator partnerships management. This role involves engaging in impactful projects, driving alignment across teams, and optimizing creator monetization initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of creator monetization initiatives, with a focus on large-scale B2B/B2C events, including strategy, resourcing, budget, and risk management
Partner cross-functionally (Product, Data, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to drive alignment and support decision-making against key business objectives
Drive project management across timelines and execution with strong operational rigor to ensure successful program delivery
Support and optimize creator supply strategy for brand innovation products (e.g., Pulse Tastemakers), managing the lifecycle from sourcing to activation and payment
Build and improve scalable creator acquisition funnels and key conversion metrics (e.g., participation, activation, retention)
Support agency-facing GTM strategy and enablement, including positioning, rollout, and training to drive product adoption
Track and analyze performance metrics to generate insights and inform continuous optimization
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an MBA program
Experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry
Strong understanding of the creator economy, with expertise in creator-led product solutions
Proven experience leading end-to-end complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM) and analytical skills
Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship, ideally longer
Preferred

Experience working with social media platforms and creators
A fast learner
Experience working with global teams
A commercial mindset with experience building product from 0 to 1
