TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Operations Intern to support product strategy and creator partnerships management. The role involves driving campaign management, optimizing creator workflows, and analyzing performance data to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end campaign management for the Brand Innovation Creator product (Branded Buzz), ensuring launch readiness, execution quality, and effective coordination across agency partners, creators, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to agency and creator operations strategy by optimizing onboarding, participation, and creator sourcing workflows to drive scalable product growth
Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights on creator participation, delivery progress, and performance trends, informing optimization and decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Payments, and Operations teams to align on key issues, synthesize feedback, and drive resolution of critical action items
Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and scalability of creator monetization programs
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or above
Experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry
Strong understanding of the creator economy, with expertise in creator-led product solutions
Proven experience leading end-to-end complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM) and analytical skills
Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship, ideally longer

Experience working with social media platforms and creators
