The role involves improving the TikTok search results experience through data analysis, user analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize search strategies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics
Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization
Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience
Collaborate with the monetization team to balance user experience and monetization goals
Actively think about the application scenarios of AIGC in search, improve search efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in GenAI/content strategy related fields
Experience working with global teams
