TikTok is a short-form mobile video platform whose mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Product Manager Intern will support lead generation advertising and commercial monetization products by conducting research, developing product strategies, coordinating launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also involve data monitoring, reporting, and continuous product iteration based on user feedback and business needs.
Responsibilities
Help with product work for lead generation ads and commercial monetization. Based on business and product goals, formulate product plans and strategies, determine product priorities, align with partner teams, and ensure product delivery
Help with (Go-to-Market) of new lead generation business products through data analysis, user feedback, and requirement collection, and continuously iterate and innovate products
Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-timezone teams to follow up on demand development and launch. Work with R&D, design, testing, data science, operations, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to advance projects
Understand the team’s business and core products, improve data monitoring required for business operations, and update weekly reports and other common data indicators
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027
Preferred
Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred
Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred
