Paramount is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide. They are seeking Product Management Interns for a Summer Internship Program that provides hands-on learning and exposure to various career paths in product management.
Responsibilities
Drive delivery of new product feature initiatives
Develop feature ideas through competitive research, data analysis, and other available resources
Work cross-functionally with members of the product team, web developers, product designers, data & analytics engineers, and other team members on objectives and business requirements
Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies includes daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Assist on initiatives/features (discovery work), digging into analysis around features, and conducting market research to assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products
Own a feature from end to end (ideation to delivery)
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Word Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
Studying Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Math or other related major
Interest in technology product management
Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business and technology problems
Competitive Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and Planning skills
Stellar oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with app development, product lifecycle, and scrum principles preferred
Knowledge of online video formats of VOD / Linear / Live, and Ad-supported business model
