The Walt Disney Company is a global leader in entertainment and media, seeking a Product Management Intern to help shape the future of their internal tools. This role involves working closely with engineers and designers to enhance customer support tooling and support product development lifecycle activities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop features that enhance the experience of both customer support agents and our streaming customers
Assist with the product development lifecycle for internal commerce tools, from discovery and ideation through delivery and iteration
Gather and analyzing feedback from end-users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, directly informing product enhancements that boost usability and customer retention.
Support product launches and user adoption initiatives by creating documentation, presentations, and training materials
Participate in team meetings, contributing your ideas to improve our tools, workflows, and user experiences.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive tools to inform product decisions

Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
