The Walt Disney Company is a global leader in entertainment and technology. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to assist in developing a market research framework, improve documentation, and identify UX optimization opportunities for their consumer-facing streaming and digital products.
Responsibilities
Work on the development of a comprehensive market research framework for evaluating third-party and enterprise experimentation platforms.
Document best practices, feature comparisons and competitive advantages
Research how top companies structure their experimentation and feature flag programs and platforms.
Analyze strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to inform our strategy and decision making.
Assist in improving documentation and knowledge-base content to support the effectiveness of our AgentX chatbot
Identify and deliver a UX optimization opportunity, collaborating with engineering to design, implement, and measure the impact of the improvement in enhancing the user experience.
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
Passion for media & streaming industries
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
