The Walt Disney Company is a global leader in entertainment and media, and they are seeking a Product Management Intern to join their team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and optimize data products and tools that empower marketers and business users, ultimately enhancing data-driven decision-making for Disney's streaming services.
Responsibilities
Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Quality & Governance, Product Design, and other Technical Program Management team members to solve real business challenges.
Support the development and optimization of data products and tools for data and marketing teams.
Collaborate with a variety of teams, including Acquisition Data, Activation, Audience, Campaign, and Data Forwarding Service data product teams focused on enabling marketing teams to make data-driven decisions and be more autonomous in their ability to leverage data to inform campaigns.
Assist with the product development lifecycle from discovery and ideation through delivery and iteration.
Support the development and testing of internal data tools and dashboards.
Gather and analyze user feedback to identify paint points and opportunities for improvement.
Help document processes, create training materials, and contribute to team meetings.
Conduct research on industry best practices and new technologies to inform product decisions.
Qualification
Required

Interest in technology, digital media, and data-driven marketing.
Familiarity with Excel, Data Analysis & Visualization.
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, Information Technology or other related field.
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks).
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program.
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
Preferred
Experience using SQL.
