Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is a leading international supplier of plumbing and water delivery solutions, focused on integrity and employee development. The Product Management Intern will support the Filtration team in product lifecycle management, market insight generation, and new product development activities, contributing to the growth of the filtration portfolio.
Responsibilities
Support product managers in day-to-day activities related to product lifecycle management.
Assist in gathering and analyzing market insights, competitive data, and customer feedback.
Participate in new product development (NPD) activities including business case support, product requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives through research, customer engagement, and analysis of findings.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and tools to support decision-making and go-to-market activities.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to learn how product management integrates across the organization.
Complete a defined project or deliverable that provides value to the Filtration team and business unit.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Interest in product management, new product development, and customer-driven innovation.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
